Payment Policy:

Orders MUST be placed at least 2 weeks prior to pick up. 50% deposit of total is required to book order. 

Payments must be paid in FULL one week prior to order pick up, or order will be cancelled. 

No returns.

Care of your items:

Please keep all dipped items and cookies out of direct sunlight and heat in order to maintain integrity of your product.

Chocolate dipped items are good for up to a week after pickup. 

Once the product is in your hands, it is no longer our responsibility.

Custom Design Agreement:

We do not copy or replicate anyone's work, (including our own). Inspirational photos are welcome, but exact replica's are not guaranteed. If no inspirational photos are provided, you have given us full creative license.

Refunds and credits:

No refunds. Credit may be issues towards a future order if an issue occurs. Once it leaves our hands, it's yours. 

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made 1 month prior in order to recieve money back.
